I switched my 3 blogs over to HostMonster last month and have to say they have one of the best technical support in the industry. You can contact them via phone, email, live chat and the tech support are very knowledgeable and helpful. They even went above and helped me fix a bug in my blog theme.
That being said stability is an issue for me, their server was under a Denial of Service attack that caused an outage for almost a week and I had a few intermittent slow downs and outages. I am hoping this was a fluke as I have only been with them a month, but I still think they have excellent support. The pricing plans are pretty good as well and Cpanel is very flexible.
I don’t like that you have to fax your drivers license just to get SSH access to your server though.
