This is my third time hosting with Server Intellect. Each time it is always the same solid service that I have expected with them. Setup is always quick and the ticket response times are always fast. I am always impressed with the tech support and is the main reason I keep coming back and signing up my clients with Server Intellect. Great host without a doubt!
I like Server Intellect very much. Good host with good service. No problems since I started back in April 09. I really like how easy the Helm Control panel is to use when adding new domains to my account. Server Intellect makes it very simple and even took the time to explain to me how Helm adds domains. Very good!
If you are looking for a proactive 24/7 help and support line Server Intellect is the one. I have had basic hosting accounts and vps and know a full blow dedicated server with Server Intellect. They have helped me each step of the way. I am not an admin by any means but having their managed services has been so easy I haven’t really needed to be an admin. It has made moving my sites from the vps to the new server simple. My websites practically admin themselves. SI has really helped my sites grow.
